We provide treatment and assessment services within our clinic space.  Appointments can also be arranged at other locations such as home, school or workplace, please contact us for more information if this situation applies to you.  We are conveniently located in the core of Kitchener-Waterloo only a few minutes away from Grand River Hospital, Kitchener Collegiate Institute and Elizabeth Ziegler Public School.

Our Facilities

The Creative Therapy clinic space is not a traditional sterile clinical environment. We provide a very inviting residential atmosphere with plenty of natural light from our wall of windows and 6 skylights. We also provide a comfortable waiting room with free Wi-Fi Internet access for family members and caregivers. Our facilities include:

• Fine Motor Room for therapy related to manual dexterity, handwriting, printing, pencil grip etc.
• Gross Motor Room, which we also call the gym, which is equipped with a range of equipment to for sensory integration activities, gross motor work, balance, dance and even floor hockey.
• Full kitchen facilities for our youth and adult clients to assess independent living skills, task planning and task management.

Office Hours

Our office hours are typically 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday but you are encouraged to call prior to stopping by.  Appointments cab be scheduled outside those hours depending upon therapist availability. We recognize that it is important for you to maintain regular schedules at school and work so we can arrange flexible appointment times. Please call (519-954-5026) or email us to schedule a visit. We can arrange appointments within your home, school or workplace as it is often important to provide Occupational Therapy Services within these environments to obtain maximum benefit.
